When I was young the church we attended showed a movie about the end of the world called A Thief In The Night. During a gruesome scene where people were being beheaded, they took the children out of the room to the nursery.... we couldn't see the movie but unfortunately they left the sounds on throughout the nursery. It was traumatizing. I've had a fear of the end since then and I've been trying to live a life free from my fears for as long as I can remember.
